We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. This position will report to the Director of Growth Analytics and is responsible for the creation and interpretation of reports related to growth strategies.  This person will have a thorough understanding of SQL data structure as well as experience creating queries.   The analyst will be tasked with creating reports and dashboards for both management and executives.    This person will have the ability not only to produce report but also provide commentary on what the data indicates. They should be able to identify trends, inconsistencies, as well as create their own unique interpretation and visualizations. This person will help management answer questions from marketers, lifecycle marketers, sales ops, as well as internal stakeholders.       
 

What You Will Do:

    • Work closely with Growth department within the company to understand their functions and reporting needs.  
    • Support analytics needs on a high pace of experimentation between acquisition and lifecycle teams 
    • Support and drive experimentation frameworks working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Managers and Growth Marketers.  
    • Organize a ticketing system for processing and prioritizing report requests.     
    • Develop and maintain weekly pipeline reporting for internal distribution.  
    • Create Tableau reports which will be used throughout the company to process daily tasks as well as understand long term trends. 

What You Bring with You:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field required.
    • 3- 5 years experience as a Data Analyst 
    • Experience with data mining techniques and analytics skills using database technologies such as SQL or Python. 
    • Experience using data visualization software to clearly convey business intelligence using software such as Tableau, Sisense, or Domo.  
    • Developing ability to automate reports and processes using languages such as C++ and Python.  
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building models, using pivot tables, creating visualizations, and data analysis. 
    • Self-starter who and work effectively within a small team and contributes to areas beyond their direct scope of responsibility.  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
