As Program Manager, Data Science & Analytics, you will be managing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure awareness, agreement, alignment, and commitment for the Data Science & Analytics program.  Our projects range from innovative pilots that showcase predictive analytics, to major capabilities that bridge data engineering/analytics and business needs.  You will use your strong leadership and communication skills and ability to build consensus across multiple stakeholders to create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing program.  Results-oriented with a focus on delivering value, you thrive in an entrepreneurial and flexible environment

What you will do

    • Initiate and set goals for program according to the strategic objectives of the organization
    • Plan the projects within the program from start to completion involving managing deadlines, milestones and processes
    • Tracks the cross-functional dependencies and tasks
    • Runs the update meeting and gathers updates from each owner
    • Provides regular update to the entire team on the progress of the initiatives
    • Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed

What you will bring

    • Program management in analytics, engineering, or software development
    • Technical proficiency with either past programming, software engineering, analytics, and/or data governance and integrity
    • Familiarity with metrics instrumentation to collect data points for critical metrics preferred
    • Understanding of both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
    • Strong facilitation skills to drive cross-functional and comprehensive project plan
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication, including presentation skills to all levels of an organization
    • Prior experience working with a statistical programming language/package (Python/R/Matlab or SAS/JMP/Minitab) is a plus
