Data Analytics and Engineering Advocate Lead
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics and Engineering Advocate Lead to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy for our cutting-edge business intelligence and data analytics platform. This role will be responsible for creating technical content, engaging with data communities, and evangelizing our solutions to data engineers, data analysts, data scientists, and potential customers.

Responsibilities

    • Author high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and documentation, to educate data professionals on leveraging our platform effectively for data analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence.
    • Create authentic video content, such as product demos, use case walkthroughs, and educational videos, showcasing our platform's capabilities for data-driven workflows.
    • Build and nurture an active social media presence by consistently sharing relevant content and engaging with the data community across various platforms.
    • Actively participate in online forums, discussion threads, and social media conversations, providing expert advice and answering questions related to data analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence.
    • Conduct live interactive sessions, such as webinars, Q&A sessions, and virtual office hours, to showcase our platform's features and address user queries.
    • Deliver training sessions and workshops to high-value targets, channel partners, and data communities, fostering a deeper understanding of our platform's features and use cases.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to gather insights, provide feedback, and align advocacy efforts with product roadmaps and business objectives.

Requirements

    • Deep expertise in data engineering, data analytics, data science, or related fields, with a strong understanding of business intelligence tools, data warehousing concepts, and data-driven workflows.
    • Proven track record of creating high-quality technical content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and documentation, for data professionals and technical audiences.
    • Demonstrated success in building an engaged following on social media platforms, creating video content, and presenting to technical audiences.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
    • Familiarity with open-source software development practices and data communities.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for conferences, meetups, and other advocacy activities.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Deliverables

    • Blog posts, YouTube videos, social media posts, forum discussion comments, live streams.
    • Conduct training sessions for high-value targets, channel partners, and data communities.
    • Increase social share of voice in the data analytics and engineering space.
    • Drive website visitors and convert trials through advocacy efforts.
