As a WEX Data Integration Specialist, you will work with new implementation carrier feeds or update existing feeds with our partners and/or carriers. You will be responsible for ongoing communication of implementation timelines to insurance carriers, partners and internal teams. You will be required to provide production support in a timely and effective manner. 

Responsibilities include:

• Ability to effectively communicate expectations to both internal teams and outside vendors.
• Coordinate and Implement new or existing data import feeds through SQL scripts and software configuration.
• Maintain and update documentation as necessary
• Maintain high proficiency with all processes assigned
• Demonstrate an aptitude to learn new processes and technologies
• Troubleshoot errors on files to provide feedback to have issues fixed in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• At or above basic level in SQL script writing. 
• One to two years’ experience in
  • Interface Implementations
  • Software configuration
  • Production Support
  • Use of ticketing system with various severity levels
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Process, detail-oriented, and goal focused
• Experience in data analysis specifically to understand potential escalation situations
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in time-critical situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while being highly motivated and resourceful

Desired Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business or Computer Science-related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years of implementation experience with customers/partners
• Experience comprehending schemas and/or layouts
