To help achieve that goal, we’re looking for a talented Project manager  to help us grow Pinterest internationally, focusing on content quality. We need a self-motivated individual who is passionate about content quality and thrive in a highly operational environment. As part of our product and engineering organizations, you will be working with talented engineers, product managers, data scientists, and vendors to set up and run human evaluations from inception to delivery.
PST timezone preferred.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and scope out multiple labeling projects in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Drive labeling workflows and projects success metrics and timeline.
• Scope and define strategies for robust data collection at scale, contributing to data labeling and annotation efforts.
• Work cross-functionally to build datasets that support Product and Engineering, while collecting and analyzing results.
• Engage in strategic discussions to identify problems while measuring and improving the quality of workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve tooling, processes  and implement scalable solutions.
• Help establish team labeling goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results.
• Directly manage the day to day, workflows, and metrics of a vendor team responsible for data labeling efforts.

What we’re looking for: 

• 2+ years of experience managing labeling projects for machine learning or quality assurance, survey design, experimental design and/or taxonomy/oncology.
• Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative.
• Experience working with large data sets and keeping the quality high. 
• Experience in Excel and/or SQL.
• Impeccable communication and relationship-building skills.
• Avid user of Pinterest, with a solid understanding of our product.
• Native/Fluent or native in French, German or English- Australia.

• This is a temporary contract position at Pinterest. As such, the contractor who fills this role will be employed either by our staffing partner (PRO Unlimited) or by an agency supplier partner, and not an employee of Pinterest.
• All interviews will be scheduled and/or conducted by the Pinterest assignment manager. When a finalist has been selected, PRO Unlimited or the agency supplier partner will extend the offer and provide assignment details including duration, benefits options and onboarding details.
