Who You Are
We are looking for the next generation of talentedData Partnership Interns to join our Spring Internship Program. As a BHG Financial Intern will have the opportunity to work directly alongside Data Partnership professionals who will help you gain valuable experience by applying knowledge acquired in the classroom to create real-world solutions. BHG Financial gives you the space to explore your passions, discover new strengths, and innovate new solutions to help drive our business forward.
What You'll Do
- As a key member of the team, you will work alongside Data Partnership professionals to gather and analyze vendor data
- Interpret the gathered data and submit reports to the relevant department heads and management
- Responsible for finding patterns and trends in the analyzed data
- Use multiple web-based systems to create, maintain, and validate supplier data on a timely basis
- Develop or optimize processes with automation based on data driven analyses
- Recalibrate and/or build new models to help enhance decision engines
- Gain cross-functional skills and visibility in all areas of the business: from our virtual training sessions, hands-on experience, mentorship program, and access to diverse subject matter experts
- Engage with other interns, leaders across BHG Financial, and the community through lunch and learns, virtual team building events, and give back projects.
What You'll Need
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Business, MIS, Business Analytics, Finance or a related field, graduating in May 2023 - August 2023
- Avaliability from Spring: January - April
- Full-time availability of 40 hours a week (Monday – Friday 9-6 pm EST – NO Weekends).
- Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Comfortable working with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and R
