Who You Are
You are a motivated analyst who is passionate about using data to drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity. You excel at problem-solving and strategic thinking and have experience with territory mapping, compensation planning and proposing sales KPIs and goals based on behaviors the business is aiming to drive. You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual and thrive in a fast-paced often changing environment.  

What You'll Do

    • Report directly to the Manager, Sales Operations on the Institutional Sales Operations team providing support and coverage
    • Identify & design sales strategies to capture untapped markets
    • Analyze lead funnel data (i.e lead sources, touchpoints, conversion rates), influence tactical updates to how leads are prioritized, and provide recommendations for growth
    • Support the Bank Sales & Strategic Partner Sales teams through the execution of deep dives, ad-hoc analyses, and performance reporting
    • Manage & streamline monthly commissions calculations for cross-selling activities
    • Assist in bank seminar execution by managing registration lists & analyzing participant performance
    • Design & create weekly performance summaries for review by the President of Institutional Sales
    • Support extensive GTM planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and more
    • Design, enhance, & interpret key performance metrics to drive business strategy

What You'll Need

    • Proven analytical experience with a history of conducting sophisticated and creative analyses
    • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills
    • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency and prioritization
    • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative solutions
    • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
    • Valuable work experience in using quantitative analyses to drive meaningful business results

    • Qualifications
    • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role in Finance, Sales Operations, Consulting, and/or Venture Capital/Private Equity
    • Must be comfortable operating in a remote working environment during EDT business hours
    • BS/MS in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
    • Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
    • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Azure, SQL, Highspot & others
    • Experience in building high-quality dashboards and presentations
    • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
    • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    • Success in a complex and fast-moving environment
    • Strong working knowledge of & experience using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook
