We're looking for a self-directed, inquisitive, and thorough Data Quality Analyst to support the Data Operations at Antenna. Data Operations at Antenna has a mission of delivering data to clients with ever-improving efficiency and quality. It is a highly cross-functional group which leads our effort to process and report data each month, and owns data quality assurance for the company. You will utilize your analytical and operational background to drive efficiencies in quality in the Antenna data life cycle. You will help identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues while supporting process improvement, standardization, and documentation. 

You will report to the Data Operations lead. Antenna is remote-empathetic and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do 

• Improve data reliability and quality across all phases of the data pipeline. 
• Develop, build, and monitor key data quality metrics using alerting and monitoring tools to detect anomalies. 
• Maintain a high level of data quality by identifying data quality issues, investigating the root cause, and proactively and effectively collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Ensure predictable, accurate, and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders. Evolve and improve our data delivery operating procedures, from data ingestion to customer delivery with cross-functional partners.
• Manage data reconciliation / QA efforts to investigate and resolve any differences between Antenna data and customer’s first party data. Prioritize and track issues through to resolution, verifying results and communicating status.
• Improve the process of storing and collecting publicly available data and events, understanding where our data aligns and if not, why not.
• Provide a high level of data quality awareness across Antenna functional teams, especially customer-facing teams; Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and Analysts.
• Support evaluations of new data providers to ensure a comprehensive and efficient approach to data acquisition.
• Maintain documentation related to data management, classification, definition, etc that supports internal and external objectives. Collaborate with Analysts, Product Management and Engineering to define and document clear data definitions and requirements.

Who You Are

• 2-5 years of experience in data quality management or Data Operations or related (e.g. Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering)
• Ability to organize, analyze, and vet data quality with great attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong data QA, pattern recognition, and error auditing skills
• Proven track record of collaborating with technical stakeholders to improve operational processes 
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, some knowledge of Python
• Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize essential tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Strong documentation, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence platforms
