We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Operations team to ensure predictable, accurate and timely delivery of data to internal stakeholders and our customers. In this role, you’ll be expected to partner with our commercial team to understand how our customers are using our data to inform key business decisions – and build high quality data solutions that allow them to do that with zero friction. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your team members in Data Operations, as well as Data Science, Engineering, Insight Analysts – and often, clients directly.

You will report to our Director, Data Operations. Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Develop QA efficiencies across all phases of the data pipeline to ensure predictable, accurate, and timely delivery of data to internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze high volumes of data in order to identify data quality issues, investigate the root cause, and proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders – and often, directly with clients – to resolve issues
• Partner with our commercial team to understand how our customers are using our data to inform key business decisions – and design and build high quality data solutions that allow them to do that with zero friction
• Ensure product updates are shipped rapidly without compromising on quality and in full alignment with the technical and commercial teams

Who You Are

• Expert knowledge and experience with SQL, Excel and business intelligence tools e.g. Looker, Redash (2+ years)
• Ability to organize, analyze, and vet large amounts of data with great attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong critical thinking and analysis fundamentals, and passionate about applying them to solve problems
• Proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational processes and ensure overall data integrity
• Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Experience working with complex ETL systems or data science models.  

Compensation

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $100,000 - $125,000. In addition, our incoming Data Analyst is eligible for company equity. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
