We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to help support our customers by delivering best-in-class insights. In this role, you will be the front line of transforming our data into useful insights. You will interface directly with our data team on the one hand and our customers on the other. You will help our customers understand where they are succeeding – and where they can improve.

What You’ll Do

  • Support our customers in understanding the value of Antenna subscriber metrics. To do this, you will need to:
    • Develop an intimate understanding of subscriber growth, retention, and churn for each subscription business.
    • Use our proprietary interface to analyze subscribers by key cohorts such as service, distributor, plan, user cohort, and other data needs from our customers.
    • Build customer reports that showcase a compelling story about relevant and timely metrics.
    • Lead the coordination and execution of analytical projects from proposal stage to client deliverable
    • Package and present insights from analyses and serve as the liaison between customers and the Product teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis fundamentals and passionate about applying them to solve problems. To do this, you will utilize analytical and technical skills to manipulate, interpret and extract insights from large datasets. This includes:
    • Running custom queries to uncover interesting stories in subscriber trends; going beyond the “what” to tell the “why” within research results
      • Producing customized proactive insights for various audiences (marketing, press, webinars, etc.,)
      • Researching the market – proactively staying on top of subscription trends, events, emerging platforms and other inputs that would drive insightful analyses
      • Creating effective visualizations and dashboards to tell powerful stories with the data
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to identify impactful business problems and translate them into structured analyses, actionable insights, reports, and dashboards

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or market research.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Excel (2+ years), working knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in using business intelligence tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, Tableau, etc.,).
  • Able to present insights in a clear and compelling way via custom visualizations and dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to transform data into narratives that are easy to understand for different audiences and various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to organize and analyze large amounts of information with great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A self-starter who is successful in rapidly changing environments where priorities shift often.
  • Bonus: A strategic thinker who is interested in the subscription economy and how data can help inform customer decision-making.
