About the Role:
As a Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing data science initiatives that align with Borrowell’s goals, ensuring that our data products effectively serve our growing member base. Your leadership will empower the team to explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance our Data Science capabilities.
During your first year, you can expect to:
- Develop a Data Science strategy and roadmap that algins with company objectives by collaborating cross-functionally with product, business and engineering teams
- Oversee end-to-end project management from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Influence Borrowell's product roadmap and business strategies by implementing innovative and impactful Data Science solutions at scale
- Build our Data Science team from the ground up
- Manage end-to-end delivery of models, including partnering with external stakeholders
