What you bring

  • Track record of experience in data management, data engineering, or data analysis roles, with a significant portion of that time spent in leadership or management positions
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing company-wide data strategy and improving data management processes
  • Hands-on experience with various data platforms and technologies such as SQL, meltano, Airflow, dbt, and business intelligence tools like Metabase, Tableau or Looker
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Writes and speaks fluent English

What you bring

  • Expertise as a trusted HR Advisor or Business Partner, experienced in providing reliable guidance and confidently leading difficult conversations across all levels of a business
  • Solid generalist HR competencies drawn from your experience across the employee lifecycle which you’ll apply to new and unfamiliar situations
  • Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity and legal compliance; and providing comprehensive HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations, preferably across multiple jurisdictions
  • Influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a passion for managing multiple stakeholders and achieving positive outcomes for parties with conflicting interests, maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality
  • Sense of adventure for navigating through complex and ambiguous situations on a global scale, relying on your ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, undertake research, provide practical solutions and effectively communicate recommendations
  • Enthusiasm for operational excellence, driven by delightful customer service, innovation and efficiency
  • Business-level (advanced) proficiency in written and spoken English, with additional languages considered a plus
