The GTM Strategy & Planning team plays a critical role in helping shape and execute on Lyra’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy and driving revenue growth. The GTM Analytics Associate role within the team will require a balance of analytical thinking and operational execution to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This role would partner with a wide-range of stakeholders within business teams, technical teams, and operations teams across Lyra to deliver insights and strategic recommendations for our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong problem-solving and communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    • Analyze key product operations metrics for ad hoc data requests and pull data from various systems and databases to provide product performance and trend updates to GTM teams
    • Manage and maintain the central repository of Lyra’s business and product operations metrics, including updating existing KPIs, defining new KPIs, and making recurring data updates
    • Collaborate with GTM Analytics team members and cross-functional partners to maintain consistent metrics definitions, meet data quality standards, and drive process improvements
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders to gain alignment on the use case, definition, data source, measurement methodology, reporting cadence, and prioritization of our business metrics
    • Support the implementation of best practices and build comprehensive documentation on the data and reporting framework, approaches, and workflows
    • Contribute to various analytics projects, dashboard development, and report creation activities

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, statistics or other quantitative disciplines
    • At least 2 years of work experience in a data-oriented role or other related experience
    • Must have strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL (Python or R a plus)
    • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing stakeholder expectations
    • Proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as be a team player

Preferred Qualifications

    • Excellent project management skills
    • Experience working at a high growth, tech startup environment
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
