About the Role
The Partnerships Strategy & Planning team plays a critical role in helping shape and execute on Lyra’s go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth. The GTM Analytics Senior Associate role within the team will require a balance of data analysis and operational execution to drive scalable growth for the company. This role would work closely with teams across the organization, including Product, Data Science, and Business Operations teams to deliver insights and strategic recommendations for our prospects and customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong technical chops and problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

    • Create user-friendly dashboards and scalable analytics solutions for GTM stakeholders (Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing)
    • Analyze key product operations metrics for ad-hoc data requests and provide insights on product performance and trends for recurring data updates to GTM teams
    • Collaborate with the rest of the GTM Analytics team to maintain consistent metrics definitions, ensure data quality standards, and improve business processes for long-term scalability
    • Support the development of best practices and build comprehensive documentation on the data management processes, reporting framework, approaches, and workflows
    • Own analytics projects end-to-end, from initial requirements and data gathering to analysis and final deliverables
    • Communicate and present findings of complex data analyses in clear, actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, data science, computer science or other relevant/quantitative disciplines
    • 4+ years experience in a data-oriented role doing quantitative analysis
    • Must have strong analytical skills, curiosity, and passion for working with numbers
    • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
    • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake a plus) and familiarity with SQL or programming languages (Python, R)
    • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

    • Expertise in designing data models for reporting
    • Experience with automating and optimizing data and reporting processes
This role is based in Burlingame, CA however it is U.S. remote optional. #li-remote
