We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to drive the understanding and engagement with Antenna data by delivering best-in-class insights. In this role, you are closely partnering with Customer Success, Account management, and Marketing and your role will be to transform our data into useful, actionable insights. You will interface directly with our customers on the one hand and our internal product and commercial teams on the other. As an Insight Analyst, you will report into the VP of Operations. Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do 

  • Showcase the advanced use cases of Antenna data and subscriber metrics by creating relevant, actionable insights. To do this, you will need to:

    • Be an expert in Antenna metrics and why it matters to the Subscription economy.

    • Conduct in-depth data analysis to deliver relevant, timely, meaningful insights to customers and internal stakeholders.

    • Use our proprietary interface to analyze subscribers by key cohorts such as service, distributor, plan, user cohort, etc. 

    • Create effective and clear visualizations and dashboards to tell powerful stories with the data. 

    • Utilize SQL to create new custom queries to amplify analyses.

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing teams to deliver custom insights. 

  • Proactively stay on top of subscription trends, relevant events, emerging platforms, and other inputs that would drive interesting analyses. 

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in using data analytics to drive business decisions and strategies
  • Experience analyzing and organizing large amounts of information with great attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Able to present insights in a clear and compelling way via custom visualizations and dashboards.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to transform data into narratives that are easy to understand for different audiences and various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Excel (2+ years), working knowledge of SQL.

  • Experience in using business intelligence tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, Tableau, etc.).

  • A self-starter who thrives in rapidly changing environments where priorities shift often.

  • Bonus: A strategic thinker who is interested in the subscription economy and how data can help inform customer decision-making.

Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $50,000 - $75,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
