Responsibilites

The Lead Analyst, Customer Experience Data will provide data analyst services to the Customer and Patient Experience Insights team. This position will support development and execution of quantitative and qualitative data analysis plans for the customer experience insight program, including CX/NPS surveys and additional customer data. Advanced analytics work will include market performance assessment, forecasting, weighting/sampling analyses, data synthesis across sources, and data visualization to derive meaningful insights.

  • Project management of analytics projects including scope definition, analysis planning, execution of data analysis, and summary of results/key insights.
  • Key role in the launch and sustainment for Real Time NPS.
  • Manage logistics of reports, dashboards and ad hoc enterprise data.
  • Compile/integrate datasets for analysis
  • Leverage data analysis tools to run statistical analyses and manipulate data for reporting
  • Extract consumable, meaningful, actionable experience insights; create dashboards 
  • Identify themes, trends, and correlations across data sources/data points and tell the story with compelling data visualizations.  
  • Formulate, define and recommend scope and format of reports.
  • Review information for accuracy and reconcile data on a regular basis.
  • Provide support and education to others on how to access reports and interpret the data.
  • Work in close partnership with the technology and business teams.
  • Leverage technical expertise and data storytelling abilities to transform the business requirements into impactful and efficient analytic solutions.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to augment existing data assets or drive the creation of new ones.


Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific
    experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.


Additional Preferences

  • 4+ years of job specific work experience using advanced analytic techniques on survey data. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Business Information Management, Mathematics, or Computer Science

Key Attributes:

  • Strong analytical skills, proficient in advanced statistical techniques; proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on survey data analytics 
  • Comfort and experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets coupled with the ability to summarize and visualize insights for executive audiences
  • Critical thinker with strong business judgment
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets, including survey data, into consumable insights
  • Ability to analyze open ended data, interpret findings and create useful recommendations
  • Data storytelling
  • Demonstrated experience in using analytical software - Excel, SPSS, Qualtrics or other similar applications
  • Demonstrated experience in using presentation/data management/business intelligence tools for data manipulation, extraction, and visualization development
