We Are Hiring

Ascension Seton is hiring a Research Data Specialist to handle database development!

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 yrs SQL Server
  • 3-5 yrs Oracle database
  • 3-5 yrs SSIS / Visual Studio ETL development
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent preferred


What You Will Do

Perform and support the collection, organization and statistical analysis of specific data.

  • Develop, implement and evaluate documentation formats, validation tests, data collection methods, databases and other data recording measures.
  • Apply standard, descriptive and inferential analysis methods as appropriate to interpret and report on collected data.
  • Implement data management procedures compliant with regulatory requirements. Ensure the consistent implementation of data collection procedures by staff.
  • Collaborates on the purchase, testing and implementation of data management/analysis applications and systems. Develop customized data management tools and trains staff on implemented tools and applications.


What You Will Need

Education:

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience preferred.
