Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for our next Lead Manager, Analytics and Insights, to join our expanding Network Solutions team, and play a pivotal role in supporting our Life Sciences clients. You’ll leverage diverse patient data sets to uncover business opportunities, drive actional insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations to propel Phreesia’s patient communications business forward. This is a client-facing role where you’ll collaborate with media agencies and brand partners, while also working closely with internal teams to drive the success of our digital patient engagement campaigns and ensure effective communication of the value Phreesia brings.

You’ll also be leading a team of on and offshore Managers and Associates, focused on campaign management, measurement, and reporting, to support the team with critical thinking around inventory forecasting, digital and claims-based measurement methodologies and client escalations. Your role as a leader extends beyond day-to-day operations. You’ll be accountable for strategic initiatives, optimizing processes and contributing to new market development projects in collaboration with teams such as Data Science, Product and more.

What You’ll Do:   

  • Function in a consultative manner, efficiently translating data and insights into strategic solutions  
  • Serve as an analytics/insights expert on assigned accounts to help pull through brand goals and strategic imperatives  
  • Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories from both primary and secondary data
  • Support development of new measurement solutions for growing digital business in partnership with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors  
  • Provide strategic support around inventory management, prioritization and targeting recommendations to support sales and executional teams 
  • Lead an on and offshore team of 3+, supporting campaign management, measurement and reporting; develop team client-facing and presentation skills; manage client escalations and advanced measurement conversations across clients 
  • Grow relationships with agency and Life Science manufacturer analytics teams to express the value of the Phreesia platform and serve as an SME around KPI measurement 
  • Work closely across the data science team to analyze data and cull insights, develop new approaches to data assessment, and drive new initiatives by serving as a business owner to support the translation of new approaches to data into meaningful business growth and operational efficiencies 
  • Support the sales team to sell in the value of Phreesia to potential clients and successfully communicate campaign details and measurement 
  • Work cross-functionally on strategic projects, thought leadership, sales support materials, ad hoc requests, and other measurement collateral using digital metrics, 3rd party data, internal data, and secondary research. This may include market landscape insights, media insights and comparison data, ROI analyses, case studies, benchmarking and more 
  • Liaise with the broader Phreesia organization to support new product initiatives, market development opportunities, and measurement capabilities as a strategic partner 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • Bachelors required, with 7+ years of experience in marketing/digital analytics & healthcare
  • Experience managing and developing relationships with agency and Life Science manufacturer clients 
  • Ability and experience with confidently presenting data to clients in a clear & compelling manner 
  • Proven record of being a strategic thinker, knowing how to utilize data to guide bigger picture decisions 
  • High energy self-starter who successfully identifies creative solutions to complex problems, and digs to understand the underlying business needs from internal/external stakeholder data requests 
  • Experience leading transformative internal projects to evolve measurement and analytics, leveraging digital media and healthcare data 
  • Confidently navigates ambiguity, and possesses intellectual curiosity to dig into data to get to the bottom of a problem 
  • Prior experience managing a team

Preferred: Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, familiarity with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI) 

Base pay for US is $140,000 to $160,000 USD, depending on qualifications.

Phreesia is a fully remote company however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process
