Job Description:

Help Phreesia deliver our financial objectives through sales forecasting, detailed budgeting, operations planning, data design and more! As our Senior Analyst, Sales Analytics we will rely on you to provide critical analysis and data-driven insights for decisions related to Phreesia’s rapidly growing sales organization. A highly collaborative role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of our business through working closely with Sales, Sales Development, Market Development, Finance and Marketing teams. 

This is a high-visibility role where you’ll be a valuable partner to executives and play a key role in guiding the direction of Phreesia’s sales strategy and operations.

What You'll Do: 

  • Perform quantitative analysis of sales and pipeline data 
  • Build and manage financial models for bookings and revenue forecasting 
  • Develop detailed operating budgets for the sales & marketing organization
  • Design and maintain sales metric reporting 
  • Guide sales data architecture for optimal reporting and analytics 
  • Develop and test hypotheses related to sales performance and metrics
  • Interpret underlying trends and translate takeaways from analyses to present business recommendations to Phreesia leadership

What You'll Bring:  

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A or other related financial fields (including at least two years in an Investment Banking analyst training program)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills 
  • Expert Excel financial and data modeling skills required
  • Experience creating dashboards through a Business Intelligence tool
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus but not required 
  • Proficiency in data analytics / working with large data sets 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization
