Job Description:

Phreesia is seeking a smart, energetic and highly motivated Product Manager to support our growing data and analytics solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play an active role in the full product life cycle which includes listening to client and business needs, driving data innovation, defining user requirements and executing on analytics solutions.  

 

This position will own a portfolio of client and internal-facing analytics products including backend and data visualization.  You will be coordinating with Customer Success, Customer Solutions, Marketing and Product teams to provide consistency and deep analytic understanding of Phreesia’s data solutions.  The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for the complexity of data, a knack for presenting it accurately and in simple terms, possess excellent communication and time-management skills, and be able to work with cross-functional teams.   

 

Responsibilities: 

  • In partnership with other product managers engage clients to determine the right problems to solve and provide data forward solutions that exceptionally identify product value 

  • Be a product champion for Phreesia’s platform and data and consult with multiple internal teams to drive consistent understanding and presentation of data 

  • Own the creation, enhancement, development and distribution of specific analytics solutions based on vertical areas (Revenue Cycle, Intake, Patient Engagement or Health Systems) 

  • Create and drive a vertical roadmap that focuses our efforts on tackling the right problems first 

  • Develop clear product requirements & translate into user stories for implementation by engineering 

  • Build business cases for new features and feature enhancements, often starting from scratch 

  • Develop key and effective working relationships with Engineering, Finance, Customer Solutions, Marketing, Business Solutions and other Product teams 

  • Be curious and unafraid to dig in independently 

 

Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum 2 years in product management with a focus on analytics 

  • Willing to learn new things or new ways to approach old things 

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and clearly communicating trade-offs 

  • Deep interest in user experience, creating and analyzing data and data products  

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment  

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written and oral communication skills.  

  • Solid understanding of data manipulation tools (e.g. Excel, Qlik, Toad, Brio, Tableau, or PowerBI 

  • Experience writing SQL queries and a willingness to expand that skillset 

  • Demonstrated passion for healthcare 

  • Demonstrated passion for data, with all its inherent intricacies
