Job Description:
Phreesia is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst who will drive Phreesia’s Life Science products’ pricing strategy. This role will drive pricing for PatientConnect and PatientInsights and lead projects to improve revenue and margins while taking into account the competitive landscape and market dynamics. The Senior Pricing Analyst will recommend standard pricing, corporate pricing and advise on ways to drive growth across our department. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
What You'll Do:
Provide overall thought leadership in identifying profitable revenue growth opportunities/insights, performing business and competitive analyses, and developing pricing strategies and tactics to pursue identified opportunities.
Perform competitive market analysis to understand how competitive and similar products are priced and positioned to better inform our pricing strategy.
Create pricing models capturing the value proposition that drives clear ROI to customers and aligns with Phreesia’s businesses objectives.
Work cross functionally with Phreesia’s client experience, finance, legal and analytics & insights teams to understand market dynamics and current business objectives to scope out a new pricing strategy.
Support the marketing and client experience teams in developing sales training and collateral, as needed, and drive pricing and promotional decisions.
Own the Life Sciences products’ pricing model and strategy for legacy products and new products as the product offerings evolve and the market dynamics change.
Leverage excel (and potentially SQL) to gather, organize, aggregate, and summarize data for analysis and reporting.
Concisely summarize and communicate recommendations to various levels of management.
What You'll Bring:
BA/BSc in economics, finance, marketing, statistics, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, marketing analytics, consulting, or similar experience
Advanced Excel skills required
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
Detail oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills
High sense of ownership and accountability
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Preferred:
MBA / Relevant Graduate degree
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (i.e Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI)
Analytical work experience within the healthcare or digital advertising industry
