Brief Overview
The Business Intelligence Manager (BI) reports to the Director of BI and is responsible for building out analytical and BI support for growth areas of Amwell. The successful candidate will lead a team of developers to deliver Self-Service and Augmented Analytics solutions. Additionally, the role will support the identification of growth and investment opportunities for business expansion. This will be actioned in collaboration with Executive Leadership, Operations Management, Sales and Marketing organizations and other stakeholders giving the role exposure to all of Amwell’s business areas.
This is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious and innovative professional as we aim to move beyond the realm of traditional BI self-service and implement solutions that not only support our Data Analyst and Data Scientist community but embed the outputs from those functions into our day-to-day reporting and BI solutions.
