Job Description
As a Marketing Analytics Consultant Intern at Allstate, you will play a crucial role in helping the company maximize the business value of data and analytics. You’ll work alongside experienced data, analytics, business, and technology professionals, using your technical acumen to contribute to the development of analytical processes and solutions specifically for marketing. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between data-driven insights and business decision-making, ensuring that all marketing-related analytics projects meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for data analytics solutions.

Assist in the development and implementation of predictive analytics models, leveraging machine learning and statistical methods to drive marketing strategies.

Conduct diagnostic assessments on existing models, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing performance.

Support the creation and enhancement of data strategies for marketing applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Utilize programming languages such as Python and SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets.

Engage in agile delivery methodologies to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Familiarity with coding and programming languages, particularly Python and SQL.

Start Date: May/June 2025

Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
