Position Overview
Autodesk Construction Solutions is seeking an outstanding candidate to join our Marketing Operations and Demand Generation team and participate in transforming marketing at Autodesk. This role could be based anywhere in the US.
Working within a high-growth, integrated team you will develop and implement analytics infrastructure to leverage data across a network of pipeline generation activities for ACS in construction. You will collaborate and work closely with demand gen, field marketing, product marketing, and web publishing to ensure data consistency and measurement across various campaign activities while providing guidance on funnel related metrics and analysis.
You will need to be an effective communicator who thinks strategically, writes concisely, and works collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Work within an integrated marketing team to analyze the performance of marketing channels and create actionable optimization recommendations
Implement continuous improvement best practices across our marketing data and analytical processes
Leverage web analytics to influence SEO strategy across all marketing touch points to drive organic growth and reach
You will use your knack for communicating complex data analysis into easy to understand bullets to explain the “story” behind the numbers and share actionable recommendations
Perform ad-hoc data analysis and create custom reports to service the needs of business partners and leadership teams
You will set up custom reporting, funnels and analyze marketing and sales data to drive insightful learnings and testing opportunities to improve conversion rates
Evangelize your findings throughout the org chart, inspiring marketing leaders to adopt data-proven strategies, and helping teams execute them effectively
Keep up with industry trends for marketing, optimization, and analytics; help the team mature in the offerings provided to stakeholders
Provide expertise on data concepts for the broader marketing team and inspire new mechanics to leverage existing and new datasets to drive value
Develop models that drive metrics toward improved operations and profitability – i.e. program performance & forecasting
Minimum Qualifications
3-5 years of experience, preferably in roles combining analytics and marketing operations
Proficiency in database design, expertise in SQL (Familiarity with DBT is a plus)
Prior experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards; flexible in data source and tools used
Front and back-end experience with analytics platforms (Looker, Tableau)
Strong understanding across the entire digital marketing ecosystem and related KPIs
Strong communication skills and ability to turn data into a story for business & marketing stakeholders
Experience optimizing multi-channel programs across the full buyer’s journey
Ability to succeed in a large, highly-collaborative, cross-functional organization
Prior management experience & ability to influence senior leaders within the company
Expertise with web analytics (ideally Google/Adobe Analytics) tools
Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation, the use of behavioral triggers and digital media buying
Knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry a plus
Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Stats, or a related field
