Position Overview
Provides support to the Autodesk Construction Solutions Sales Operations team by developing and standardizing our reporting framework. Put your strong analytical skills to work by drawing insights that drive growth and increase efficiencies across all levels of our global sales organization. Perform in-depth performance analysis to make business recommendations to senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities
Work directly with Sales Leadership to provide timely sales analytics including sales performance, activity, and pipeline analysis
Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools to monitor the overall health of the business
Proactively identify issues and perform detailed root cause analysis
Monitor data integrity and execute opportunities to improve data cleanliness
Support ad-hoc reporting with a focus on building repeatable processes
Generate data metrics and presentations for sales business reviews
Contribute to fiscal year planning to provide insights and sales optimization
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing Operations, and other business units to ensure consistent data integrity and reporting standards
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Analytics or Business Operations experience
A proven ability to assess data and provide specific insights and business recommendations
Demonstrated success in the analysis, design and implementation of reports and dashboards
Strong knowledge of Salesforce applications and reporting
Proficient with Business Intelligence Tools (BI): Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize high impact projects and set expectations accordingly
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
SQL skills and experience

Salary Midpoint for this Position (Colorado): $115k
