Responsibilities

• Responsible for setting up the on-platform strategies 
• Collect and organize data from various proprietary tools onto Airtable for cross-functional utilization 
• Manage, build, and improve internal systems and structures used to store and track data 
• Construct and present reports that capture overall operations, growth and revenue strategies 
• Provide strategic recommendations based on research, metrics, and trends that can be beneficial to the platform 
• Identify key revenue trends and effectively communicate to internal stakeholders   
• Conduct on-platform surveys to measure user sentiment about certain features and strategies 

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in a data, business, or operations role 
• Drive to think creatively and proactively on strategy, workflow, risk, and problem-solving 
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in ambiguous situations 
• Experience interacting effectively across job levels with both internal and external partners.  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Strong presentation and documentation skills 
• Proficient understanding of SQL, Excel, and Tableau 
• Familiarity with Airtable is a plus 
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
