Core Responsibilities
- Create & maintain the reporting and analysis of customer and campaign data, focusing on insights and actions & strategies that drive acquisition, retention, and activation
- Create, scope, and execute strategic projects that apply advanced analytics and experimental design to answer key questions about customer behavior and engagement
- Must have advanced SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- Identify key existing and potential customer segments, develop strategies to drive customer loyalty and spend by analyzing multiple data sources, both quantitative and qualitative
- Owner of the A/B testing funnel: Design and prioritize the experiments, measure and provide conclusions and recommended activation strategies to re-engage our customers
- Be the expert in all customer data sources and responsible for staying up to date on all customer database updates; partners with global counterparts to resolve data discrepancies and identify opportunities for changes data logic
- Partner with global counterparts to access data, share learnings/ways of working, and collaborate on global tests and rollouts (e.g. CRM team, Marketing team, Contents team)
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Masters’ degree in all majors encouraged to apply but optional
- 5-7 years of experience in data analytics under fast-growing tech start-up preferred
- Candidates with more than 7 years of data analytics experience can be offered as a director position
- Team management experience preferred
- SQL and database experience preferred
- Good to have an experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau, and Braze
