We believe that people do their best in a culture that fosters inclusion, innovation, and success. Our values - Champion the Customer, Take the Lead, Run Together, Ack + Own and Bring Yourself - serve as the foundation of our collaborative and dynamic culture.

Whether it’s conducting a retrospective, participating in our bi-annual hack weeks, cranking out a new product feature, supporting our two PagerDuty bands, or doing our day to day work, Dutonians live and breathe these five values every day. Together, we solve real customer issues and fulfill our mission of connecting teams to real-time opportunities and elevate work to the outcomes that matter.

We’re building an inclusive workplace that represents the real, everyday people we support around the world. From how we build our teams to who sits in the boardroom, we hope you can see yourself at PagerDuty.

Why We Need You

From our humble beginnings as a YC startup, PagerDuty has grown to become the most trusted platform for running digital operations. We are used by over 13,000 customers in critical situations. That's why leading digital businesses turn to PagerDuty for the metrics and measures that define their operational effectiveness and agility.

We're extending this idea by investing in analytics. In this role, you’ll serve as the Product Owner for Analytics, being responsible for the roadmap and chipping in towards the strategic vision. You’ll work with our talented engineering teams and our impressive customer base to design, validate and iterate on new analytics products and features that present additional value from the organic metrics we cultivate for our customers.

    • Partner with a dedicated engineering team to get these new features and capabilities into our customers' hands, early, often, and iteratively
    • Partner with Data Science teams to assess opportunities to enrich data and improve product capabilities
    • Collaborate across functions at PagerDuty, including Marketing, Community, Support, and Success to launch and operate a holistic product experience that delights customers
    • Track the success of the product and launched features, drive adoption, and adjust plans as needed to react to the market

    • You proactively engage with customers to collect qualitative and quantitative data to inform development efforts and roadmap
    • You have the ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities, and competitive threats
    • You can define an MVP and be able to build a simple business case for a feature
    • You have experience building positive relationships with engineering and cross-functional development teams

Minimum Requirements

    • 5+ years work experience with a minimum of 3 years in product management, or startup and/or new product development experience
    • Experience driving the full product lifecycle, including defining and hitting success metrics
