We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about shaping the future of Data and Machine Learning infrastructure at PagerDuty.
Our Data Ecosystem team’s mission is to transform Transform how PagerDuty creates new possibilities with data by leveraging ML and data-driven applications to support incident response, surface operational insights, and improve the lives of our on-call responders through human and machine intelligence.
Our team is leading the way in developing data-driven services and ML workflows for our product development and Data Science Core teams.
In your role, you will work with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Data Scientists, product owners, and experience designers, enabling teams across the organization to quickly develop and scale machine learning and data products.
Your Role
- Build scalable, reliable infrastructure supporting the PagerDuty Data Scientists, Machine Learning and product development teams
- Leverage and grow your expertise in new and existing technologies to support the evolution of our Data and ML Platform (Python, Elixir, Elasticsearch, AWS ecosystem, Glue, Spark, Terraform, Tensorflow)
- Flex your collaboration and leadership skills by working closely with teams across the organization to help identify opportunities for ML impact, and educate and socialize internally ML platform tooling
- Contribute to and drive best practices in Data Engineering and Machine Learning
