Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will drive forward our product growth, maturity, and success in the markets we serve through Healthcare Data Analytics. You are passionate about leveraging the power of data to drive more meaningful provider and patient interactions and experiences, ultimately impacting the financial and health outcomes for all involved. You are motivated by the opportunities that lie at the intersection of healthcare, SaaS technologies, and Data Analytics, and how their combination can be applied to create a profound impact in how healthcare is delivered and experienced in the modern digital age. Through strong Product Management discipline, you are able to prioritize and maintain focus on delivering capabilities that deliver maximum value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive functional priorities for your product including exploring new growth areas, defining product features and offerings, and supporting go-to-market strategies
  • Be the domain expert for your respective area, own ‘voice of the customer’ through regular interaction with business users and clients, building effective relationships
  • Take ownership, monitor, and captain efforts that drive the overall success of your product. Own the details of your product, its functionality, and most importantly the specific problems and use cases it solves for.
  • Clearly define, document, and communicate business requirements, UX, and system requirements within a formalized process and structure of Epics, User Stories. etc
  • Manage execution against the product roadmap and prioritization of strategic and tactical activities
  • Coordinate cross-functionally throughout the product lifecycle and ensure success through communication, project management, knowledge transfer and training, and subject-matter expertise

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Owner, Product Analyst or related relevant experience, ideally with substantial experience in the healthcare IT industry
  • At least 2 years of prior experience working on a Data Analytics product
  • Experience working with SaaS and Cloud technologies in a B2B environment
  • Detail and results oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must have
  • Experience writing business requirements, including UX, functional, and related system requirements
  • Prior experience creating wireframes to communicate vision and ideas and drive alignment with UX and Engineering
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simplified, easy to understand format through written text, diagrams, and wireframes as appropriate
  • Knowledge/experience working with Agile methodologies and Design-Thinking
  • Strong working Acumen with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq
  • Effective communicator with multiple audiences, particularly with storytelling, influencing based on data
  • Proven ability to handle multiple work streams at once, with multiple stakeholders, and getting products/features delivered
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments
  • Self-motivated; thrives in a face-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with Embedded Analytics offerings
  • Trained in Pragmatic Marketing or other similar methodology
  • Prior experience leveraging Usage Analytics to drive Product decisions
  • Educational background in Information Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Health Economics or Statistics
