Responsibilities

• Define, lead and execute client engagements that produce novel financial, administrative, and / or clinical insights and outcomes. 
• Evaluate customer needs, coordinate design for a solution, and clearly communicate the value proposition of complex subjects. 
• Aggregate, re-structure, and curate customer data in preparation for analysis. 
• Develop compelling BI and data visualizations that provide both executive and staff guidance on performance. 
• Manages projects to define, scope, and deliver advanced use cases and analytics solutions. 
• Proactively identifies ways to improve the team's processes, deliverables, and analytical capabilities. Leads and develops thought leadership initiatives. 
• Develops & oversees training and QA of analysts team’s work
• Proactively identifies and leads thought leadership initiatives
• Identifies inefficiencies/opportunities in internal team processes and deliverables. 

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field
• 6+ years working experience/Masters with 5+ years experience
• Experience designing and delivering business intelligence and analytics solutions
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail

Technical Skills

• Expert Excel (VBA is a plus)
• Expert SQL
• Intermediate Statistical Knowledge
• Intermediate Python/R
• Intermediate Data Visualization
