Lightcast is a leader in global labour market analytics. Our Global Business Unit works with universities, government agencies, businesses and other organisations to bring our world class labour market data to their challenges in Britain, Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.

As Research  Analyst, you will be part of the Global Research team, which uses data to produce innovative research, consulting reports, datasets, models and visualisations to answer our clients’ most pressing research questions. You will be responsible for designing and delivering insights for our customers and contributing to innovations in our growing range of labour market analytics.

You will be passionate about finding answers to questions about the changing economy, the future of education and the future of work, and have advanced quantitative skills. Working with customers and colleagues you will excel at understanding problems, designing solutions and producing compelling presentations and reports. You will be comfortable working independently on big data projects across markets and sectors. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, meeting milestones and deadlines while juggling multiple responsibilities on projects across different geographies and sectors.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
    • Working knowledge of any other language beyond English would be an advantage.
