The Sales Operations Analyst will develop and optimize sales operations in a vertically integrated marketplace. We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with operations experience in workforce planning, process improvement, and project management.  This role will collaborate with the executive, operations, and product teams to transform our sales operations and drive improved customer experience. Thriving to make data driven decisions, this role will contribute to the resolution of complex operational challenges including internal scheduling, workforce planning, and forecasting. The individual in this role will also be responsible for managing a team of operators/analysts and enhancing the team’s effectiveness by providing analytical expertise, leveraging continuous improvement best practices, and ensuring decisions are captured and action items are completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters degree preferred
• 2+ years operations management with a history of organizing teams and completing high volume tasks.
• 3+ years of experience in modeling unstructured and complex business problems with operational and financial elements as mathematical models. 
• Experience in managing workforce planning forecasts, models, and analytics
• Desire for a high level of responsibility and ownership.
• Advanced skills with Excel or equivalent required (dashboards, v-lookups, pivot tables), SQL preferred

Responsibilities

• Improving fulfillment operations for increased efficiency, operational excellence, and profitability. 
• Develop, document, test business metrics and insights to manage and optimize business results
• Manage a team of operators/analysts and ensure team objectives are consistently met in a timely manner
• Lead development and execution of initiatives through cycles of data analytics, experiment, and rollout. Create timelines, budgets, requirements, and costs for projects and the implementations of business initiatives
• Communicate prioritization and resource allocation to management, co-workers, and business functional owners
• Prepare and present performance results and project plans to executive leadership
• Build dashboards that delivers data around operational insights and strategies
