Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Works with business stakeholders to identify data requirements, creates customer segmentations, builds data extensions within Marketing Cloud, works with data governance group to enable data ingestion into a Customer Data Platform, and aids in the building of Tableau reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in design, contributing technical insights and ideas. Helps formulate project scope and objectives.
  • Works with primary and management customers to understand and explain business and technical issues, respond and manages to user problems, explain new technologies, and present deliverables.
  • Writes documentation of a new or proposed system. Shares knowledge effectively within the work team, creates training materials and delivers training. 
  • Successfully troubleshoots most applications and integration problems independently.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate healthcare data sources into the Salesforce platform, optimizing data accessibility and system performance.
  • Tests data processes with technology implementations and recommend improvements
  • Identifies automation opportunities in current processes.
  • Creates reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand performance metrics
  • Analyzes process issues and bottlenecks and to make improvements
  • Collaborates with product manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Maintains technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Maintains strong knowledge of and experience with reporting, databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks)
  • Provides strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Aides development and maintains Salesforce-related data warehouses on Google Cloud Platform, utilizing BigQuery for high-performance analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in Salesforce applications
  • 3 years experience using Salesforce/Marketing Cloud/CDP to develop client or business solutions
  • 2 of experience as a Data Engineer/Scientist in the healthcare/financial industries a plus

Work Experience:

  • Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications preferred
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including data integration and customization.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
  • Strong understanding of ETL tools and techniques.
  • Certification(s) in relevant technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer) is a plus.


Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
