We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) Services Operations team, a joint operations and analytics function serving our Chief Customer Officer’s organization. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This individual will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence and work closely with our Senior Manager of CX Services Operations as well as all Operations and Analytics team members.  
 

What your impact will look like here

    • Partner with stakeholders across CX business units to identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data 
    • Use various techniques like interviews, workshops and data analysis to elicit and accurately define business requirements 
    • Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity 
    • Create and implement precise management plans for every project, effectively communicate solution design and development goals to technical resources 
    • Perform, evaluate and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development 
    • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies to evaluate potential projects and initiatives 
    • Author internal documentation and status reports; regularly distribute to relevant parties  
    • Lead meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings 
    • Assist in the implementation of new systems, processes, and tools, ensuring successful adoption by end users 
    • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders during the change management process, including training and user acceptance testing 
    • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems 
    • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives with the Business Intelligence team; apply learnings to future development cycles to continually improve team process 
    • Provide leadership, training and mentorship to CX Operations team members 
    • Stay up to date on latest industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continually modernize and automate processes 

You will love this job if you have

    • 5+ years in analytics, operations or systems development 
    • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills; ability to connect data sources, create visualizations, and build forecasts 
    • Extensive experience with data visualization tool like PowerBI, Tableau or QuickSight (work samples appreciated) 
    • High proficiency in technical writing; ability to distil complex concepts for non-technical audiences 
    • Beginner-level proficiency with SQL or interest in learning 
    • Knowledge of agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) is desirable 
    • Familiarity with relevant software applications (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Wrike, SurveyMonkey/GetFeedback) preferred 
    • Broad knowledge of statistical and data analysis methodologies
