About the Role

The Dandy Data team is hiring a Senior Analyst who specializes in marketing. You will be part of the central Data team but focused on being a strategic and technical partner to marketing. Your ultimate goal is to help build a marketing function that is making the best decisions possible. To get there, you will lead Dandy to best-in-class marketing tooling, measurement methods, experimentation methods, and decision-making frameworks. 

What You'll Do

• Partner with all divisions of the marketing team to make strategic decisions
• Demand Generation (subgroups include Paid Media, Field Marketing, Campaigns, Digital Strategy, Marketing Operations)
• Product Marketing
• Customer Marketing
• Brand and Content
• Co-own all technical tooling and methodology development for performance marketing
• Multi-touch attribution
• Iteration on brand positioning, web design, campaign creative, etc
• Co-own all attribution and marketing performance measurement, including for out-of-home

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical skills (SQL, basic scripting) and analytic acumen that meets our general data team standards
• Intimate familiarity with representative tooling for performance marketing, including best practices for setups that include UTM taxonomy and data flow between tools; intimate familiarity with marketing pixels and other “tricks of the trade”
• Track record of partnering with marketing teams to build strong omni-channel campaigns
• Successful track record of building out multi-touch, omnichannel attribution frameworks
• Successful track record of quantitatively iterating on marketing creative, brand positioning, and product positioning
• Successful track record of running advanced-method experiments (ex: synthetic control) - possibly in partnership with a data scientist - to measure efficacy of campaigns, including both digital and out-of-home
• Intimate familiarity with datasets and tool interfaces for Google, Facebook, and other major performance marketing platforms
