About the Role

As we grow our go-to-market strategy, we’re looking for an operationally and analytically driven marketer to manage our marketing funnels, multi-touch attribution, and partner with the data team to drive insight and understanding across the GTM team.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze and maintain the data feeding the marketing funnel
  • Produce meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights
  • Partner with Marketers to quantitatively understand problems and potential solutions; analyze disparate data sets in creative ways to generate new insights
  • Participate in the definition and measurement of KPIs that will drive the company to success
  • Help develop a multi-touch attribution model that joins both sales and marketing activities together to understand the recipe that closes a deal
  • Develop deep segmentation of our database in partnership with our sales and strategy teams
  • Enable the team to forecast their full funnel metrics for their channels, offers, and campaigns
  • Create a forecasting model that blends with the entire GTM forecast (sales and finance)
  • Partner with revenue operations to evolve lead and account scoring to help SDRs and Sales prioritize warm leads
  • Partner with marketing and sales leads to properly enable the sales teams with the right data and information to progress prospects through the funnel
  • Standardize and manage a multi-touch attribution model and provide recommendations and insights 

What We're Looking For 

  • 6+ years in a marketing analyst role
  • Outstanding knowledge of a modern marketing tech stack including marketing automation (we use Marketo), Salesforce, SQL/Looker, Bizible, and Google Analytics
  • Experience in B2B high growth tech company
  • Logical and analytical abilities to help solve problems and derive insights from data
  • Ability to problem solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis driven approach centered around business value
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven track record of transforming data into insights
  • Overall track record of professional and academic success
