About the Role

Dandy’s Revenue organization is focused on building best-in-class operations by having the deepest understanding of our customers and working collaboratively across the company to continue to raise the bar for our customers. 

As a Manager on the Revenue Strategic Analytics & Insights team, you will use your data analysis skills to enable data-driven decisions across our customer-facing organization. In this role, you will improve our account management, onboarding and training dashboard suite and reports, create reporting documentation and provide support for analytics requests. Additionally, you will educate the Revenue team and our cross-functional business partners across Finance, Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, etc. on how best to leverage the reporting suite as you make continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will drive proactive insights on our customers and our service organization that can leapfrog us into driving even better experiences for our customers. 

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain well-structured reports, dashboards and visualizations that enable our customer teams to make strategic and tactical decision with ease
  • Proactively investigate areas for poor customer experience to surface trends for remediation or opportunity 
  • Support our WBR and MBR processes 
  • Educate cross-functional stakeholders and team members about our reporting suite, collecting feedback and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement 
  • Work through Revenue data requests from intake to completion
  • Work in close collaboration with the Dandy data engineering team to ensure that we are identifying and leveraging new data sources as relevant 
  • Be a key partner to the Strategy & Planning team and leadership with customer data analysis, project planning and execution for strategic initiatives 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a Revenue or Customer Data Analysis (or a similar) role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (can perform complex functions)
  • Experience with querying/reporting using SQL (Snowflake) and Salesforce
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker or Tableau 
  • Experience using data to analyze performance and drive strategic decision making
  • Track record of success driving strategy and an ability to work through ambiguity
  • Intellectual curiosity and research abilities
