Hinge Health employees have the flexibility to work remotely in hubs across the US, Canada, and Latin America or work from our offices in San Francisco, Portland, and Montreal.

You’ll play a key role in analyzing data generated by our users as well as providing insights for a wide variety of internal teams (Product, Growth, Clinical, Commercial, Finance, Research) and large enterprise customers. You will be a highly-visible, trusted partner to many of our most important decision makers. WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Spearheading development of new growth channels by prioritizing opportunities and defining success
• Working across departments to standardize how our company runs the business and defines key metrics
• Drive long term product direction with a quantitative lens

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in data science/analytics, ideally with a focus on growth acquisition or user segmentation
• Ability to engage closely with cross-functional partners with a knack for translating complex numbers into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and patience when working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Adept at working with data engineers to set company-wide standards for our datasets - helping create a single source of truth for all analytics
• SQL and Python experience
• Experimentation/AB Testing experience 
• Prior experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Mode Analytics, Looker, etc.) a must

The range of base salary for the position is between $93,800 - $140,700, plus equity, and benefits.  Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
