We are looking for a senior analyst to play a key role in supporting Strategic Finance managers who partner with our COGS and R&D organizations.    This role will also contribute to consolidation, reporting and financial systems administration activities.  You will work closely with members of the Strategic Finance team and COGS and R&D leadership supporting departmental budgeting and forecasting, annual and long-range planning, headcount planning and management, ad hoc analysis and financial strategy.  This is a high visibility role that is integral to getting Hinge Health public company ready.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Support business partnering initiatives for COGS and R&D budget owners, providing budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis to support our strategy and improve financial performance
• Enhancing the quality of actionable, ad-hoc analysis Strategic Finance provides to its COGS and R&D business partners
• Support the development, standardization and automation of financial reports, metrics and dashboards for monthly/quarterly management and board reporting.
• Build financial models and processes in Adaptive Insights for budgeting, forecast, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

• Excellent analytical, modeling and communication skills, in-depth experience with financial analysis and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. A good listener with outstanding influencing qualities and a natural, effective consultative style.
• Workday Adaptive user experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and G-Suite

• Adaptive Insights power-user or implementation experience.
• Experience with Mode Analytics or Tableau.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Knowledge of Netsuite, and Workday.
