Senior Marketing Analytics Manager 

PagerDuty is looking for a strategic driven analyst to correlate goals to key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure tracking is set up to report and analyze, set up automated dashboards and provide collaborative insights to internal stakeholders for performance reporting and optimization. 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will focus on identifying and mapping KPIs on the sales assist funnel in a SaaS environment. Additionally, you will work with key stakeholder groups like brand marketing, partner marketing and APJ regional field team marketing on KPI and goal mapping enablement, create performance reporting dashboards, and delivering insights. 

You speak the language of marketers as well as data analysts, translating business questions into technical requirements. You are analytical and thrive when extracting insight from complicated datasets, building and delivering a narrative that’s accessible to stakeholders at all levels in the business. 

You will partner closely with marketing operations and sales operations to properly align tracking and consistency across your stakeholder group reporting and analysis. 

Key Responsibilities - How You Impact Our Vision

  • Lead with a strategic mindset of overall goals and KPIs in tracking, reporting and analysis. an environment of innovation, creative problem-solving approaches, testing/experimentation, and personal development
  • Lead the sales assist funnel metrics identification and analysis for SaaS
  • Work with partner marketing, APJ field marketing and brand marketing stakeholders to identify needs and correlate them to goals + KPIs
  • Support stakeholders by providing counsel, expertise on-going education and training, and recommending marketing reporting solutions to business challenges.
  • Actively participate in a collaborative analytics team.  Support fellow team mates in knowledge building & sharing, QA’ing code & analyses, and creating documentation of best practices.
  • Educate and enable how brand marketing impacts the overall marketing funnel

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven background working with marketing analytics data sets in a SaaS or B2B environment
  • 7+ years of experience in Tableau 
  • Intermediate SQL 
  • Experience with Data warehousing like Snowflake
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, ABM, and related platforms such as Demandbase preferred
  • A self-starter who can set clear roles & responsibilities and balance/prioritize the demands of the marketing organization against individual capacity
  • Understanding of attribution, forecasting, cost per lead, and other models for evaluating ROI on marketing activities
  • Ability to multitask, make quick and effective decisions, set and meet goals, and consistently meet deadlines. 
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Highly collaboratively and able to work effectively with various personality types across many different teams and role levels within the global organization
  • Creativity, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Attribution tool logic and analysis, CaliberMind tool experience preferred
  • Understanding digital and non-digital goals, KPIs and how to connect the two for performance reporting
  • Google Analytics experience (GA4 preferred)
  • CDP experience (Segment.io preferred)
