Guild is hiring a Sr People Insights Analyst.  You will play an integral role on the People Operations team to provide the data insights needed to drive engagement, recruitment, retention and the overall experience of our employees.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for analyzing and reporting insights on People data to join our team and work in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing. 

As Sr People Insights Analyst, you will:

  • Gather data across multiple platforms to inform people-related decisions across the organization.  Design reports, dashboards, models and tools to analyze, report and present people data. Go beyond the numbers and help inform and influence.
  • Cultivate relationships with leaders across the People team and organization.  Act as an internal consultant by understanding the business needs, scoping People data requests, gathering data, synthesizing insights and presenting to our People team and business leaders.
  • Create dashboards to empower our People team and business leaders with actionable insights.  Partner with Talent, DEI and others to support their initiatives such as career mobility, engagement, etc.
  • Ensure that we capture and organize our data in an optimal way.  Identifies potential issues with data integrity and develops solutions.  Builds scalable solutions and documents processes.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of programs and recommends improvements.
  • Research best practices and trending initiatives.  Continually searches for new ways to present insights.
  • Maintain the integrity of Guild’s people data.
  • Support special requests for data reporting and analytics as needed.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in analysis and metrics development, including experience presenting to business leaders
  • Advanced analytical skills and an expert in Excel, Google Sheets and data visualization tools
  • Ability to present data in an easy to understand format and verbally share highlights with people at all levels of the organization 
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail while managing numerous complex projects and priorities to meet deadlines successfully
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data 
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal direction needed   

Preferred Competencies:

  • Master’s Degree 
  • Experience with ADP, Visier, Greenhouse
  • Project management experience

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $110,000 - $128,750 and company stock options.
