LastPass is looking for Senior Product Data Manager:

An experienced, passionate, and highly driven Senior Product Manager is needed by the Data Platform team to help develop and advance the product vision and development data for our corporate finance, sales, and marketing. The ideal applicant has a track record of discovering user difficulties and converting them into commercial opportunities. They are data-driven, highly motivated to please the end user, and data-driven. You will be responsible for redefining our clients' capacity to complete their tasks and for finding solutions to their difficulties. Driving a suite of ETL solutions, comprehending business and data, identifying opportunities for product improvement, creating hypotheses for A/B testing, carrying out experiments in collaboration with engineering and business teams, and driving growth flywheel using data will all fall under your purview. You will be expected to maintain the roadmap, set daily priorities, and make design choices on behalf of your distributed team. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design to promote products and features as well as create and expand LastPass's business potential. To satisfy the demands of the company and our clients, you will write user stories, set success criteria, and iterate on the project's goals. In order to effectively direct your team's decisions and efforts, you will be needed to assist in developing strategies to develop a thorough grasp of present and future client needs.

Who will you work with?

Product managers will collaborate with several functional teams including the Data team. The primary teams with which the product manager will collaborate are the care team, the financial team, the marketing team, and the reporting team.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

The issues that the business teams are attempting to resolve will be presented. Product managers should be aware of the issues and attempt to correlate them with the data we already have. To identify a simple solution, extensive analysis and discussion may be needed. Customers will purchase goods using a variety of methods on our highly complex e-commerce platform, but we still need to understand how to calculate total revenue and commission. Multiple competing objectives will exist, and it will be the product manager's role to set appropriate expectations for other teams.

  • It's good to have some experience using Databricks and PowerBi.
  • To maintain relevance and leadership in the market, keep abreast of rival goods and services as well as related technologies.
  • Actively examines use and other metrics to generate data-driven decisions that can affect the roadmap and direction. develops and keeps up dashboards.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $113,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $134,250 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
