Who will you work with? 
 
Sales Operations, Sales, Partner Managers, MSP Managers, Finance, Analytics, and BizApplications.
 
What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on? 

  • Providing performance reporting and ad-hoc reporting assistance for the LastPass Sales Organization 
  •  Creating dashboards for the sales and partner teams to provide full visibility of the business 
  •  Helping to establish and provide sales attainment analytics 
  •  Conducting data analysis in support of day-to-day business performance as well as monthly and quarterly business reviews 
  •  Providing comprehensive operational support including but not limited to LastPass customer and prospect accounts, sales opportunities & lead management 
  • Measuring and reporting on performance to targets and identify root cause drivers of variances  
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to make data-driven recommendations on investment and resource allocation. 

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek guidance 
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities  
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL 
  • Intermediate skills in business intelligence data transformations and visualization in Power BI 
  • Proficient in DAX 
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and Salesforce 
  • Experience building presentations (Powerpoint) for senior managers and executives. Ability to interpret data, not just present it 
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business  
  • Strong attention to detail, including reconciling and ensuring data accuracy 

It’s great, but not required:

  • Proficient in M Code 
  • Experience building data models in Excel Power Query 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $99,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $117,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
