LastPass is looking for a Senior Renewals Sales Operations Analyst:

This role will play a critical role in managing and analyzing the renewal process for our existing customer base. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful renewal of customer contracts and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of business processes related to customer renewals.  The individual would also be skilled in building process and working within the CRM.

Who will you work with?

The Senior Renewals Sales Operations Analyst is a cross functional role supporting renewals.  This person will be working with Sales Ops, Renewals, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Sales and others. 

 What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets and provide creative, compelling solutions for solving data or business intelligence challenges 
  • Create and generate necessary reports to track centralized KPIs and metrics for renewals team 
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth, for both actionable & non actionable renewals
  • Support driving of strategic projects for cross-functional partners from a Renewals lens with clear data inputs and building of frameworks
  • Detect signs of early risk within our customer base, and work with multiple stakeholders to build a programmatic approach to reduce churn and flat renewals
  • Support the development and rollout of systems and digital tools to improve the team’s effectiveness and efficiency and provide increased customer insights through data and automation
  • Perform analysis based on a variety of factors, including customer segmentation, product usage, churn reason, and adoption analysis

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Salesforce, and Gainsight
  • Proficient data visualization skills (PowerBI or similar platforms)
  • Ability to work independently as well as with teams across the business
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, not just present it
  • Self-motivated, takes clear ownership and initiative, and knows when to seek 
    guidance
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, capacity to manage multiple priorities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $79,000 in the lowest geographic market and up to $93,750 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
