Summary:

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and continuity of our data. The ideal candidate will live and breathe data and be excited about building user-facing data products. This candidate will work with the Analytics and Visualization team along with internal stakeholders to develop reporting solutions powered by our unique data pipeline. Successful candidates will excel at creative problem solving, cross-team collaboration, and thinking independently about how to utilize data to address the challenges our customers face in physical and behavioral care coordination. What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain analytical data sources that drive the reporting solutions.

• Develop new dashboards and reporting capabilities that increase customer and user value.

• Improve efficiency in existing offerings to drive consistent, sustainable reporting products.

• Become the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite.

• Collaborate with the team and work cross functionally to drive implementation of solutions.

• Leverage data and data analysis techniques to deliver insights to stakeholders.

• Assist on various projects that contribute to business initiatives.

• Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes.

What Success Looks Like…

In 3 months…

• You understand our reporting offerings and main customer use cases.

• You are comfortable with our data pipeline and architecture.

• You begin to build strong relationships with your peers on the analytics team.

In 6 months…

• You expand your scope of influence to other cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to product, engineering, marketing, and other key business area functions.

• You are building new reporting pipelines and capabilities that are in line with user needs.

In 12 months…

• You are the technical subject matter expert on reporting components of our product suite.

• You are collaborating with various business areas to deliver analytics that drive improved business decisions and increased value for the company.

• You are providing input and guidance on how to improve reporting and drive efficiencies.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline such as computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics, or a similar field. Advanced degree a plus.

• 5+ years of professional work experience in data analytics.

• Strong understanding of database technologies and ability to write code to gather data.  Considerable SQL knowledge required.

• Strong working knowledge of Tableau with experience in building user-facing analytics solutions.

• Ability to read, understand and modify existing Python scripts.

• Ability to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

• A high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.

• Experience working a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments.

• A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.

• The ability to travel periodically for work.
