Job Description:

Join Phreesia as an Analytics & Insights Senior Associate on our growing Life Sciences Team, dedicated to activating patients and sparking meaningful conversations at the point of care. 
In this role you will manage digital patient engagement campaigns and support various types of data analyses to advance Phreesia’s patient communications business in life sciences and healthcare, utilizing various types of data to draw insights and build strategic recommendations.  

The Senior Associate will own end-to-end responsibilities for a variety of campaigns under specific therapeutic condition categories, working collaboratively with AI Managers and with cross-functional internal teams (including but not limited to the sales, data science, and content strategy teams) on campaign oversight, reporting, and measurement to ensure campaign success.  
This is a heavily data-driven role, that interfaces with internal and external stakeholders with growing client engagement including presentation of monthly and program evaluation measurement reports.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day contact with internal teams

  • Own campaigns across assigned medical condition categories with a focus on campaign oversight, reporting, and translation of data and insights into strategic actionable solutions

  • Identify knowledge gaps and proactively conduct research to deepen clinical/market understanding to support the team

  • Support the broader team on larger strategic projects such as: sales support materials, ad hoc requests, landscape insights, point of care insights, case studies, benchmarking and more  

  • Contribute individually, as well as build relationships with cross-functional team members

  • Manage and present campaign reporting and measurement, generating insights and client-facing stories from both primary and secondary data, with the support of supervisor

What You'll Bring:

  • BA or BS, with at least 2 year of experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to follow and maintain organized processes

  • Ability to work independently and accurately

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; proficient in analyzing data in Excel and other analytics tools

  • Intellectual curiosity to research or dig into data to enhance understanding

  • Highly motivated to work with and contribute to a growing team

  • Passion for healthcare and impacting patient outcomes
