About the Role

GoodRx is seeking a Senior Manager, brand pricing analytics to help us improve the affordability for high cost, branded drugs in our marketplace in order to drive growth. The individual in this role will be an expert in using pricing, claims, and IQVIA data to identify opportunities. This candidate will report to our Director of Integrated (B2B) Pricing and make targeted suggestions to improve claims and adherence for several medications.

The ideal candidate is a driven and highly motivated individual with a background in pricing and and/or pharmaceutical analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating the economic impact of pricing on all key parties in our value chain: Consumers, PBMs, pharmacy partners, and pharmaceutical partners.


  • Evaluate high cost medications where GoodRx has an opportunity to better serve consumers based on search demand, claims conversion, and competitive pricing. Make recommendations to improve our offer to consumers and grow claims.

  • Model impact of price changes to volumes, revenue, and consumer retention/churn.  

  • Be an expert on the impact that pricing has to the economic impact on many of our marketplace partners: Consumers, PBMs, Pharmacy, and pharmaceutical partners

  • Translate opportunities identified with the organization into materials for external parties, so that we may enrich our pipeline of growth opportunities for GoodRx and its pharmacy, PBM, and pharmaceutical partners in order to better serve our consumers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree and 4+ experience; or equivalent work experience related to business analytics 

  • PBM/Retail pharmacy/healthcare experience ideal. 

  • Pricing and Business optimization experience required, PBM/Pharmacy pricing ideal.

  • Strong SQL, Redshift and Excel proficiency

  • Strong quantitative skills 

  • Experience working with Power BI or Looker (preferred) 

  • Cross-functional relationship project management skills

  • Expert analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $136,000.00 - $216,000.00

New York Office:

$124,000.00 - $198,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$113,000.00 - $180,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$102,000.00 - $162,000.00
