Provide recommendations to teams across the business on how we can evolve our internal strategy and address shortcomings observed through deep analysis.

🚧 Example of your future projects

• The onboarding team wants to understand this drop in activation they have observed for the last three weeks. They need your help: how to distinguish the signal from the noise? Because fluctuations always occur…
• The Product Manager of Cards wants to understand the success of this new “top-up” feature that the team recently delivered. You lead a cross-team effort to set up and track the success of this feature.
• We have recently released a new pricing structure. The Finance team wants you to assess what default billing option (annual or monthly) would generate more revenue and increase engagement.
• The strategy team needs to understand what are the levers that increase customer retention. Does data bring relevant insights into this question?
• You mentor a great Data Analyst who joined recently while providing a workshop on Causal Inference to the wider Data team, you help us grow quickly and maximize our impact.
• You create a Python library to automate the analysis of experiments, later you train the teams in their usage and limitations.

🤔 What you can expect

• Work in a fast-paced multicultural environment with a focus on shipping quality, fast.
• Yes, we go fast, but we have a strong focus on quality: you work on one project at a time with a problem-solving mindset. We avoid rework.
• Have ownership & impact: you are autonomously in charge of your own projects across domains passing through all stages.
• Be a leader: you will work with domain senior stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity
• Set it up the right way: creating and spreading best practices across Data while mentoring our high-growth talent
Knowledge sharing: across the whole tech team (internal & external talks, weekly meetings, tech monthly) and the community (articles and meetups).
• A modern data stack: We mainly use Snowflake as a warehouse, Airflow and DBT as ELT, and Tableau and Metabase for our data visualization.
