Work with fulfillment center leadership to ensure daily goals are achieved by monitoring progress and alerting teams of needed actions or changes.
Collaborate with our merchant care and success teams to ensure all operational questions or concerns are addressed and we resolve any client questions in a timely manner.
Break down metrics to identify trends within the fulfillment centers.
Run end of day calls to discuss necessary changes in operational processes.
Use SQL to locate and investigate data to answer pressing operational questions. (Not required)
Create new dashboards and tools to monitor important operational metrics.
Research current processes to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the table:
1-2 years experience with e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, Excel and Tableau is a plus. (not required)
Detail oriented problem solver with a focus on results.
Solid ability to work with different stakeholders to move projects forward.
Hard working with a focus on learning and passionate about helping small businesses compete online.
Complex problem solver with demonstrated abilities to find out of box solutions.
Initiative to push actions where needed.
Ability to work in difficult situations and keep calm.
